I liked this book so much I bought the printed copy. To my disappointment, the hardcover copy I received from Amazon was printed on newsprint-like paper, with gray-scale print and graphics and images. Please see the attached pics. I called the publisher, Wiley, at the number provided in the book and they said the book is not supposed to look like this. They suggested buying directly from Wiley, as someone is providing Amazon with bad copies. If you want to read this book, buy the e-book and take some time to figure out how to buy the properly printed book - either in person at a bookstore, or maybe used version that is properly printed ?
Reads like a text book, we'll be referencing this one for a while. And now for seven more words why
I enjoyed reading most of the book. I wish the content made connections to the the arts/nonprofit industries more often but a lot of the information can be adapted.
The content of the book is interesting, but there are two things about the book that I hate. First, the gray color of the leaves and the illustrations of low quality. Second, the author very often uses jargon and informal words, which make me read the book accompanied by a dictionary.
A great overview of all the different marketing channels, with good insight.
Not all beat up and falling apart. Came in great shape and I am happy with that.

The book is amazing, content information is very fruitfull , but the only issue with the print is the uncolored images, it's a bit challenging.
